Rules of the "PRESIDENT" game:

• The hierarchy of cards from the weakest to the strongest for "THE PRESIDENT": card 12 is the most powerful card in the game, with card 0 being the weakest.
• All cards are distributed to the participants.
• Place 1 to 4 cards of the same value in the center of the table.
• The objective is to raise the stakes to win the round and regain control.
• If a player does not have higher cards or the required number, they pass their turn.
• If they have higher cards, they place them on top of the previously played cards.
• If they have cards of the same value, they place them on top to skip the next player's turn.
• The first player to finish is called the "PRESIDENT", the second is the "VICE-PRESIDENT", the second to last is the "VICE-ASSHOLE", and the last is the "ASSHOLE".
• The rank of "PRESIDENT" allows the player to receive the 2 best cards from the "ASSHOLE" and exchange them for two cards of their choice.
• The rank of "VICE-PRESIDENT" allows the player to receive a card from the "VICE-ASSHOLE" and exchange it for a card of their choice.
• The "ASSHOLE" starts the following rounds.
