Rules of the "PRESIDENT" game:

• The hierarchy of cards from weakest to strongest for "THE PRESIDENT": card 12 is the most powerful card in the game, with card 0 being the weakest.
• All cards are dealt to the participants.
• Put 1 to 4 cards of the same value in the center of the table.
• The objective is to raise the stakes to win the series and take back the turn.
• If the player doesn't have higher cards or the required number, they pass their turn.
• If they have higher cards, they play them on top of the previously played cards.
• If they have cards with the same value, they play them on top and skip the next player's turn.
• The first player to finish is called "THE PRESIDENT", the second is "THE VICE-PRESIDENT", the second-to-last is "THE VICE-ASSHOLE", and the last is "THE ASSHOLE".
• The rank of "THE PRESIDENT" allows them to receive the 2 best cards from "THE ASSHOLE" and give them two cards of their choice in exchange.
• The rank of "THE VICE-PRESIDENT" allows them to receive a card from "THE VICE-ASSHOLE" and give them a card of their choice in exchange.
• "THE ASSHOLE" starts the following rounds.
