Rules of the game "THE PRESIDENT":

• The hierarchy of cards from the weakest to the strongest for "THE PRESIDENT": card 12 is the most powerful card in the game, with card 0 being the weakest.
• All the cards are distributed to the players.
• Players can put down 1 to 4 cards of the same value in the center of the table.
• The objective is to increase the stakes to win the round and take control of the game.
• If a player doesn't have higher cards or the required number of cards, they pass their turn.
• If a player has higher cards, they can place them on top of the previously played cards.
• If a player has cards of the same value, they can place them on top and skip the next player's turn.
• The first player to finish is called "THE PRESIDENT", the second one is "THE VICE-PRESIDENT", the second-to-last is "THE VICE-ASSHOLE", and the last one is "THE ASSHOLE".
• The rank of "THE PRESIDENT" allows them to receive the 2 best cards from "THE ASSHOLE" and give them 2 cards of their choice in return.
• The rank of "THE VICE-PRESIDENT" allows them to receive a card from "THE VICE-ASSHOLE" and give them a card of their choice in return.
• "THE ASSHOLE" starts the next rounds.
